I had an incredible visit with Dr. Hirschfeld and his staff. They went out of their way to make sure I didn't forget my appointment by calling me a few days in advance, plus I also received a text message. Upon arrival to the office I was greeted by two smiling ladies sitting at the front desk. They had my new patient paperwork ready for me to fill out and along with a copy of my insurance benefits. Shortly after finishing my paperwork the dental assistant came out and called me by name and I was whisked off to start my appointment. My experience with Dr. Hirschfeld's assistant was relaxing and she was very reassuring (I have severe dental anxiety) the doctor came into the room and and introduced himself (super nice and understanding) to me and stated all my concerns back to me and from there we made a treatment plan we both agreed would be best for my dental issues. Checkout was a breeze and my experience with Dr. Hirschfeld and his staff was an A+++. I HIGHLY recommend this office!
